Ever had that perfect bite of cheese and wine? Want to know how to recreate that experience? 
Then this session is for you! 

We will go over the basics of wine and cheese pairings during this class. We’ll show you how to confidently pair wine & cheese at home or in a restaurant setting, and how to avoid those pairings that make a good wine and cheese fall flat. 
It’s a little bit of science, a little bit of trial and error, and a whole lot of tasty fun. 
Debbie Shick of Dionysus will be on hand to pour wines from her portfolio and answer all of your wine questions. We will be pouring everything from bubbles to rose, to full-bodied reds
